ManCave Barber School — About Us Hero

Built by Industry Experts: The Man Cave Barber School Story

Born from the success of Man Cave for Men—over 35 luxury barbershops across multiple states—our school blends the craft of grooming with real-world business insight. Learn how our founders turned a single shop into a thriving network and why that experience makes all the difference in your education.

ManCave Barber School — Founders Story
Man Cave Barber School founders Marlene and Emad

Man Cave Barber School grew out of the success of ManCave for Men, a barber-shop concept launched in 2011 by Marlene, a grooming industry veteran with over 16 years of experience, and Emad, whose business management expertise helped scale the brand. The duo's commitment to high standards and exceptional service propelled their barbershops from a single location in Boca Raton to more than twenty locations nationwide. Their leadership ensures that every barbershop— and our school—upholds the same professionalism and quality that built the brand's reputation.

ManCave Barber School — Real Salon Network

Unlike traditional barber schools that operate solely in classrooms, Man Cave Barber School is integrated into an active network of more than 35 barbershops across Florida, North Dakota, and Kentucky. This means our students learn in real salon environments under the guidance of experienced professionals. Our curriculum combines time-tested techniques with innovative practices, meeting the requirements set by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the Florida Administrative Code. Graduates leave with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise, ready to sit for the state licensing exam. The brand's strong reputation also gives students valuable visibility; people recognize and trust the Man Cave name.

Growth & Future Opportunities:
The grooming industry keeps growing, and so does ManCave. We're opening new locations every year, which means our students may get access to exclusive job opportunities as new shops launch. Instead of finishing school and starting from zero, you could step into a real barbershop environment that's already part of the ManCave network.
